Windows 10: How to create User Defined custom command for Windows Run tool

After opening Run tool in the Windows Start menu, if I put the command %LocalAppData% then a folder opens in the windows explorer. Now I would like to have my own command so that if I press that command in Run tool then my own folder will open. For example, I have a folder in the location: D:\Nasir. Now I would like to create a command %nasir% and after opening the Run tool and press %nasir% command then the "Nasir" folder in "D" drive will open. Can anyone please help me?

Mobile BCM user defined (customer) fields.

In my desktop Outlook 2007 with BCM, my contacts have 9 standard fields and 12 user-defined (customer) fields.

When trying to synchronize in Windows Mobile 6.1 on a HTC Touch device, no user - defined field is synchronized (and only 7 of the 9 standard fields: Other phone number and Company main phone number are missing following a Microsoft choice, as has already been
accounted for).

How can I get User-defined fields to be synchronized?

And are they shown in the Edit mode ?

 

W7 Hard drive partition issue

to get rid of that 100 meg windows partition that setup creates for you on a new install on a blank hdd:

- press shift+f10 when on the partition management screen in setup <-- this opens a command prompt
- diskpart <-- start the windows command line partition management tool
- list disk <--- list the installed hdds in this computer for the next step
- select disk 0 <- might have to replace 0 with the number of the correct disk
- clean <-- this will erase all data on the disk you selected one step up- dont use the wrong disk!
- create partition primary <- creates a primary partition taking up all space on the drive, adjust the command if necessary
- exit, exit to exit diskpart and the command prompt
- click refresh in partition manager and select your newly created partition and install to that
