  1. How to crop a photo to 5 X 7 inches easily

Hi. I've read previous questions & answers, but these don't seem to solve the problem. I have Windows 10 & previously could easily crop photos via the Photos app to 5 x 7 inches via 'aspect ratio' . There seems to have been a change in the Microsoft photos app, where to re-size a photo, you can use a 'ratio' or a 'percentage', but neither of these seem to be the equivalent of a 5 x 7 inches photo crop. I have downloaded the Photos Legacy app, but I'm afraid the re-sizing choices are the same - ratio or percentage, not inches, or centimetres. Please help. I need a simple way to cro

  2. Can't print 5 x 7

Windows 10 will not give me an option to print 5 x 7. My printer sets up fine for it but the Photos app won't list it. Only gives me choices of 4 x 6 inch, Letter, Legal, A4, Japanese Postcard, and 3.5 x 5 inch. How do I add 5 x 7 or is this not an option
    with Windows 10?

  3. Crop tool Photos App not working

    Thank you for the information.

To help us isolate this further, kindly provide us the following information.

    • What changes have you made prior to this issue?
    • To which program are you exactly using the crop tool? Photos App or Office 2016?
    • You mentioned crop tool is not working properly when Photos App is used. Have you tried to close it, and check if the issue persists?

If you are only experiencing the issue with Office 2016, kindly run the repair Office application by referring to the steps listed on this

    How to print photos 5"x7"

Not a lot of detail there, so you're making me guess at what you mean.

Here's how I crop any photo to 5 x 7 and then print it:

1- Open the photo in the Photos app: Start > Photos

2- Click 'Edit & Create' in the top right corner and choose Edit.

3- Under 'Crop and Rotate,' under Aspect Ratio, choose a 5 x 7 aspect ratio. Make adjustments as you like.

4- In the lower right corner, click on the blue 'Save a copy' button. Give the copy a different name than the original.

    5- Print the copy.
