Windows 10: How to customize “Other User” profile image on interactive logon

I ask that users enter a Username and Password. By doing so, we get the “Other User” text and profile picture. I changed the “other user” text, but cannot remember how to change the picture associated with it. I have done this once before, so I know it can be done, but I can barely recall how I did it.If I recall correctly, I need to locate the image file and replace it with my preferred image.I tried to look for it in %programdata%\microsoft\user account picturesBut to my knowledge, failed to locate it

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

I have a windows 10 and created a guest login. But when I try to logon, i get "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." Please help. And i'm no tech so please explain
