Windows 10: How to customize Windows Foto App via GPO / XML?

Hello out there,Maybe someone can contribute to my question onHow to configure the Microsoft Fotos app within Windows 10?The app shows version 2019.19071.12548.0 and is part of the 23H2 release.My interest is in how to disable the welcome screen and how to disable the option to save to OneDrive.Am I really the only one with this special request? Adding OneDrive tile to start menu .xml with GPO

Thank you for getting back to me but I have seen that suggestion which will not work for me. That steps suggested to do it manually which I'm trying to pin it to the start layout tile using .xml file via GPO. Below is the path where the OneDrive shortcut
that I'm trying to pin to the start layout tile.

• When you say App fotos, are you referring to Photos app?
• What error do you get when you use the Photos app?

If it is a Photos app, then I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Try to run the troubleshooter for Windows apps:

Check for updates for apps from Windows Store and install if you find any.

Remove live tiles via GPO Win 10 Pro


Hello,

I am stuck.

I have created a customized start screen .xml with the export-startlayout command.

I placed the file in a share, I configured the GPO to import that .xml file.

When I log in, I get the two groups I specified, but, the two default live tile groups are still there. 'Life at a glance' and 'Play and Explore'

I found the steps here:

But I must be missing something, as I don't want to have to go to each machine to remove these groups after I install Win 10 on all of the workstations.
