Windows 10: How to deactivate serial number from older device and activate in new. Windows Server 2022

I bought Windows Server 2022 as account for business with domain onmicrosoft. I Activated Windows with key and all worked fine. But now i have problem. My SSD was damaged and was replaced with a new one. Now after installing Windows, when I try to activate, I see the message: "We can't activate windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device" And when I try to go through the Troubleshooting procedure, I cannot log into the Microsoft Account because I bought Windows through the Business Account. What should I do?? Also I cannot deactivate activation in old dev

Microsoft Store - Serial number Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022

I have bought, downloaded and installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 from Microsoft Store (Win 11 version). To get support from Adobe, they require a serial number. Where do I find the serial number for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022?

I'm confused?? Is the computer listed in the Microsoft Account/Devices page or not? If not, you have to register it and it may take a couple of days to register in the Microsoft Store.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices Login to your Microsoft Account, Under Devices make sure the device you are trying to install Simulator on is listed correctly. Click View Details to see the Serial # listed. Remove any device you no longer use. Make sure your Windows versions is fully Updated.
