Windows 10: How to decouple the Print dialog box from Internet Shortcut.

If I create an Internet Shortcut in x32Win10ProV20H2 by dragging the lock in the browser's address bar to the desktop, then when I double-click on it, it opens a Print dialog box instead of the website in the browser. There is obviously something wrong.

After I upgraded my HP LaserJet printer two icons for the printer now appear in the print dialog boxes-a new one and an old one. Of course, you can’t print to the old one, but some of my programs default to the old one HP informs me this is a Windows 10
issue since the printer performs well.

When I check Printing Preferences for the printer, two printers appear in the drop down menu: the old one and the new one. Print Server Property lists only one driver.

How can I remove all instances of the old printer from print dialog boxes?

I don't want ALL protocols reset to DEFAULT, so I wont run tweaking.com
I found that both HTTP and HTTPS were already set to Firefox; I changed them to Chrome as suggested in the example.
NO improvement.

I have found an old thread in which a Windows XP Edit File Type dialog for internet shortcut has options including PRINT. I have typed 'edit file type' into Win10's SEARCH, and the response is an empty 'DOS' window with the title C:\Windows\System32\edit.com, so SOME progress, but not enough.
