Windows 10: how to decrypt a .text file that i encrypted before formatting

am asking for yur help please, i had some important .text files i encrypt it with windows option and kept opening and using it normally, but when i format the pc, i moved my files into D disk second partition on the same laptop i thought am fine and i saved my files safely and it was right, but then after i formatted partition C with a new windows and starting to mugrate back my files i found that the .text files are not opening and refusing to be decrypted.. i tried all the found tutorials or methods from old threads or forums but it did not work trying to decrypt by windows/ going to prop

One of our employee deleted and encrypted the files in the F: drive using cipher.exe command. While trying to recover them with a third party software, the deleted files are showing and all of them are encrypted. Can anyone suggest how can i decrypt and
recover all the deleted data back?

Error message 0x80071771 means that you need to restore the file encryption key in order for you to decrypt the encrypted files. On the other hand, you can still try these steps and see if it will work:

• Right-click the file or folder that you want to decrypt.
• Click File ownership and click Personal.

How to Decrypt *.cerber3 files?

AFAIK it's still not possible to decrypt your files for free...
