Windows 10: How to decrypt Bitlocker-encrypted hard disk partition?

Hi,I have a Dell Vostro 14 3000 laptop with pre-installed Windows 11 Home, with a 1 TB hard disk drive and 8 GB RAM. I created 2 partitions on my hard disk - "C:" for OS and "D:" for files storage.Recently I installed a 256 GB SSD hard disk and installed OS on it, planning to keep the entire 1 TB hard disk for files storage. I backed up all my data on the "D:" drive and went ahead with the installation.However, I found that my "D:" drive is now Bitlocker encrypted and all my data is now totally inaccessible. I went to my Microsoft account and found Bitlocker recovery keys, but there is no prov

How to use Bitlocker to encrypt (and automatically decrypt) a single but partitioned hard-drive (C and D partitions)?

I have a 2010 Fujutsu Lifebook T900 that originally came with a single unpartitoned 500GB hard-drive (labelled C) and Windows 7 Pro.

Shortly after purchase, using Windows 7 disk management, I partitoned the hard-drive into two equal partitions, C and D.

Only a few days ago, I upgraded to Windows 10 so I could encrypt the whole hard-drive (including its two partitions) using Bitlocker (Windows 7 Pro doesn't have Bitlocker).

I'd like a similar result to how Bitlocker works on my Microsoft Surface Book - ie, automatic Bitlocker decryption with a password at Windows login.

Is that possible with a partitioned hard-drive?

Based on online tutorials I reviewed, it seems only 1 partition could be encrypted at 1 time, and the Bitlocker password for decryption is separate from the Windows login password? Is that correct?

In other words, would I have to enter a separate password everytime I want to access my C drive, and the same for my D drive if I also encrypt that one with Bitlocker.

SO SUMMARY QUESTION:

Is it possible with Windows 10 to use Bitlocker on both the C and D partitions, and have them both unencrypt automatically, upon windows sign-in?

Bitlocker Stuck Decrypting

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.

I can not Successfully DECRYPT my BitLocker-Encrypted Hard Drive

I am having problems trying to DECRYPT my BitLocker-Encrypted External 1TB Hard Drive. The decryption process got stuck at 9.3% for the last two days. I've tried pausing and resuming the decryption but still stuck at 9.3%. I've unplugged
the hard drive, rebooted my system but hey, 9.3%. I wanted to totally do away with the BitLocker encryption. Any solutions would really help. Thank you.
