Windows 10: How to delete all files from my backup that arent currently on my laptop?

Hello,I have a backup set up through windows backup service on an external disk drive, i would like to clean up this backup and delete older files and versions of files, the problem is when I use the builtin tool to do that I read "The cleanup deletes versions of files and folders older than the selected age, except the most recent version of a file and folder"I would actually specifically like to delete files that were backed before a certain period because i have deleted them from my laptop since and no longer need them. I want to delete files including the most recent version of a file and

How do I delete registry files?

type in regedit in the search box and press enter. Then from here on, DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING UNLESS U KNOW WHAT UR DOING!! Go to Hkey_Local_Machine > Software > Then a list of program registry keys will pop up, delete anything that is uninstalled. Make sure u backup the keys unless something goes wrong. To backup, you do: Select a group of keys on the left pane > Right click > Export > name it "whatever.reg" > save it. To import the backup, click the reg file and click "merge"

Firefox. Copy select folders from desktop to laptop

1. Backup your bookmarks
2. Delete all the bookmark folders that you do NOT want to be exported to the other computer (in the Library window, you can use the Del key for this purpose)
3. Export your bookmarks to HTML
4. Restore your backup from Step 1
5. On the other computer, import from the HTML file from Step 3
6. Done.
