Windows 10: How to delete an Admin Guest acct a tech added

Manager allowed a tech into my home, without my consent, to do whatever he could to gain free services from my xfinity network. As he had my unlock passwords to my laptops from previous work done for me, he entered my pc and added stuff to be able to remotely control me. With lots of Googling, etc. and percerverence I found an unknown windows device and phone had accessed my laptop. The laptop I removed as it was still connected. Jeez. But, then I experienced being remotely controlled. So, I went to check on Admin info/password/whatever in Command Prompt. I typed in net user and discovered th

How to remove Guest account?


Try these steps and you should be able to delete the guest account:

1. Press the WIN + X keys and select "Command Prompt (Admin)" from the Quick Access menu.
2. At the Command Prompt, run this command: Code:

   net user Guest /del

 

Unwelcome guest login!!

The list shows Admin acct with my name, second is defaultaccount Wdagutilityaccount and third is Guest

 

Non Admin acct questions

I think you may just be looking in the wrong place. When you sign out the sign in screen and password box will be for the account that has just signed out. It's the same for a restart, the sign in screen will be for the last user that had signed in.

Sign out, then look for a list of names in the lower left corner of the sign in screen. All available accounts should be listed there, click on the one you want to change the sign in screen to be for that user. See the screenshot at step 2 in this tutorial.

Correct, the user folder is not created until the first sign in.
