Windows 10: How to delete extra windows installes

So i was trying to get windows 10 on a laptop using the Media creation tool on a usb but the installer reset so i tthought i had to re run it but that installed the windows 10 oobe setup but i re ran it 6 times because it thought i would put me in the windows oobe but it dint so now i have six windows 10 installs how do i remove 5 of them?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

C windows installer folder - Delete?

He can do symbolic link redirection and move the files in it to a different location. *Wink
Better try it out in a virtual of first. Just a suggestion.

Like:
First move everything in c:\windows\installer to d:\installercache
Then delete c:\windows\installer folder
Then type this in command mode as admin
mklink /d c:\windows\installer d:\installercache

Removing those installer files is a bad idea. it might prevent you from updating or uninstalling apps.

 

Extra Login on Windows 10

• Are you the only one using your computer? Yes.

• Do you remember changing any settings prior to this issue? No.

• Have you installed any applications or program before this happened? No.

• Do you recognize the other account as one of your household member? Yes, it is mine.

• What steps have you taken to login to your computer? Login as the other login showing.

As an FYI: I went to Systems > Accounts > Family & Other People and found an extra login there, under my name. I have deleted it yet as I wasn't sure if it was safe to delete because it says Administrator.
