    How to delete ghost virus


    I accidentally downloaded a pop up virus and I have deleted all the files and run multiple antivirus softwares but it still is in my computer and the files are all gone

    • What is the make and model of the computer?
    • Do you face the issue only with Sniper Ghost Warrior?
    We would suggest you to update the graphics drivers and check.

    is this ghost app window during startup or virus  

    @Callender winlistener image below. also, right, per another forum guru's suggestion, tried the window catcher similar gunpoint icon in process explorer by hovering around the proximity of the 'X' and it's incorrectly displaying explorer.exe (from desktop I believe).

    How to delete ghost virus

    Delete @virus = HR

    Follow below steps to remove @virus = HR,

    • Navigate to C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and
      delete System.bat (shift+del - requires Administrator
      privilege)
    • Reboot the Windows
    • Now, delete (shift+del) its
      remnants on desktop, user directories, system drive, windows drive, and root of each partition & drives
