Windows 10: How to delete "internet shortcut" file type with internet explorer icon in windows 11

I tried to delete it but there's an error message that comes up with error code 0x80004002. Somebody answered this already but the answer doesnt work for windows 11, please help

There is a file in file explorer of type "internet shortcut" which remain their after deletion of respective softwore (IOS type), I tried to delete it several times but I couldn't. please help me in deleting it.
