Windows 10: how to delete mstmc.ttf font file?

how can i delete mstmc.ttf font file

I need to delete some font (.ttf) files.

I downloaded an old Magic: The Gathering game I wanted to play, then decided I didn't want to play it, however in the folder the game files came in there are 6 .ttf files that windows will not allow me to delete, insisting they are in use. They are not
in use, they are not installed in the fonts folder, and I want them gone. I tried installing one, but it would not appear in the fonts folder, accessed through the control panel. This is nonsense, I should be able to delete them, they aren't even being used!
Did anyone actually test these systems to make sure nonsense like this wouldn't happen?

 

Notepad Fonts

The font file is TTF. Yep, exactly. Malgun is already installed but it does not appear in the list of fonts.

Windows comes with pre-installed fonts, however, you can install other stylish fonts that you wish to use in your Windows system. To be able to add new fonts to your Windows apps and Microsoft Office apps, follow these steps:

• Close all of the Windows apps and Microsoft Office apps.
  
• Download .ttf files from a secured website that offers the fonts that you want to install on your Windows system.
  
• Once the .ttf file is downloaded, right-click on it and then click Install.

After the installation process, you should be able to use the newly installed fonts in most of your Windows apps and Microsoft Office apps.
