Windows 10: How to delete my account as verification account used for someone else?

Hello,I keep receiving emails that there was unusual activity on a different account that I am not using and I don't have access to. It's from somebody I am no longer in contact with but it's possible that we took my account for account verification.My question is, can I remove my account so that I no longer am involved in it and I stop receiving this emails?

Deleting User Accounts

Does anyone know how to delete an administrator account from another os on another partition (or using a live cd)?

I dont have access to the administrator account and i need to remove the other administrator account

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.
