Windows 10: How to delete Notepad cache in Windows 11 Pro?

Hello,I used Notepad just regular Notepad, not Notepad++ to open a somewhat sensitive file on a USB drive, then closed Notepad and removed the USB drive. Now I notice that when I open Notepad again, it automatically opens up the same file even with the USB drive not plugged in, so it obviously cached the file somewhere. Where is this cache? I'd like to shred the file. I looked in Users/<username>AppData/Roaming/, but I see nothing there for Notepad. There is no option to get the file location from within Notepad itself, something like 'File--> properties'. Both 'File --> Op

I have tried your suggestion. When I try to delete it from a list or while in the in the Notepad. I can not delete anything in there.

Since you already run wsreset.exe, We suggest clearing/deleting the local cache by following these steps:

• Run Command.
• Click Users.
• Select the username that you're using to login on the computer.
• Click AppData.
• Select Local.
• Click on Packages.
• Select on Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe.
• Click on LocalCache.
• Delete all files and folders.
• After you have deleted cache try to open Windows App Store again.

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.
