Windows 10: How to delete o change Notepad shortcut Ctrl + Shift Right-to-left reading order?

I use a lot the keys ctrl + shift + left / right arrow, and sometimes a lot I just press ctrl + shift and it change to the Right-to-left reading order and pressing again the shortcut don't disable the Right-to-left reading order option, so I have to right click and disable that option.Can someone pls help me changing / deleting the shortcut so I can type faster? Thanks!I have Windows 11 and Notepad version is Windows Notepad 11.2401.26.0

How to disable SHIFT-CTRL shortcut in Notepad to change text direction?

I have been using Notepad and Windows keyboard shortcuts for over 30 years. I just built a new PC and upgraded to Windows 11, and now whenever I happen to hit CTRL and the right SHIFT key at the same time, all the text shifts to the right, as if I right-clicked and selected "Right-to-left reading order".

I read online that this has been a shortcut for Notepad for years but that it is only supposed to be active when you have right-to-left and left-to-right languages installed, but I have not added any languages. Only U.S. English.

I have Windows Notepad 11.2311.33.0.

Did Windows 11 somehow lose the ability to communicate to Notepad whether I have multiple directional languages installed or not?

I guarantee you that I did not suddenly just start accidentally hitting CTRL and SHIFT at the same time when I never did before. Something changed in either Windows 11 or Notepad to cause this to happen, obviously, because in the past when I would hit CTRL and SHIFT at the same time, nothing happened, because I only ever had U.S. English installed.

• Have you assigned the “Ctrl + Shift” shortcut for any application?
  

Ideally, the shortcut Ctrl + Shift is used to switch the keyboard layout when multiple keyboard layouts are available. If you have assigned the shortcut for a keyboard layout, you may try changing it by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Devices and select
   Typing on the left pane.
   
3. Scroll down and select Advanced keyboard settings.
   
4. Click on Input language hot keys.
   
5. Select the layout for which you have assigned the shortcut and click on
   Change Key Sequence.
   
6. Under Switch Keyboard Layout, select
   Not assigned.
   
7. Click on OK (Twice).

Disable Right Ctrl+Shift Switching Notepad from Left-to-Right to Right-to-Left, Windows 11

Hello,

I'm not sure how long this has been the case, but I noticed it about 2 months ago - when I type in Notepad and use my Right Ctrl + Right Shift combination to switch the language, it also changes from LTR to RTL, which never used to be the case in Windows 10.

I've checked all of the settings and nowhere am I using any key combinations to change the alignment, it only happens in Notepad, not Office or Chrome. Note that this doesn't happen if I use, say, Left Shift + Left Ctrl.

I'm running the latest update of Win 11.
