    How to delete post on feedback hub?


    I didn’t realize when I posted to the feedback hub that the post would be public. I thought that I was sending feedback directly to microsoft. I included a screenshot that contains my email address and other sensitive information. I can not seem to get in touch with a real person at microsoft and cannot otherwise delete it. How do I remove this post?microsoft customer service is an actual joke. if you open a case it says that someone will call you back. it does not give any kind of time frame and no one will call you.

    How do I delete my feedback on Feedback hub?

    Deleting or removing your submitted feedback is currently an option that is not yet available. Our developers are carefully checking each and every suggestions/ideas posted in the Feedback Hub to help us improve our products and services.

    If you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to post back.

    • Do you remember when was the last time you were able to use the feedback hub?

    Hi Jeff,

    We would like to ask you a few questions for us to better assist you. Please provide the following information:

    • When did the issue start?
    • Were there any recent changes made to your system prior to the issue (updates, software installations, etc.)?

    In the meantime, we suggest performing a reset for Feedback Hub application by following these steps:

    • Got to Settings and click System.
    • Click Apps & Features on the left pane of the screen.
    • Select Feedback Hub then click Advanced options.
    • Under Storage usage and apps reset, click Reset.

    We'll be waiting for your response.
