Windows 10: how to delete program files and program files86x

Hi, I need to remove these files from a drive which I pulled from another computer. I got rid of the windows but I am stuck with the program files. I have tried to change permissions to me however it just says I need to give myself permission to make changes to this file. Many thanks in advance.

Plz recomend program to recover deleted files.

Let me try what you guys suggested, i am willing to pay for the program to get the files back.

 

Are my Registry Files all legitimate programs?

Isn't there a web tool whereby I can check if programs listed in my REGISTRY FILES are legitimate programs?

Hey, also back on topic, a paradox that computer scientists asked early one was "Can a program tell when it has terminated?" The answer is no. You have to use an outside program. You want to delete a file after exit? Have to use an external program (which can be made by the original program) in order to delete that file. Best to use Windows functions to do all that though.
