Windows 10: how to delete program files properly

i just got my window reinstalled in my new ssd drive and my last main drive which was hdd is still in my laptop as extra storage but i still have windows files in my hdd drive and also i dont have aany softwares in which was installed before but i still have program files of that softwares and none of the exe file runing or not even showing in program and features from i can uninstall them i wanna reinstall them but before i wanna uninstall the program file as some software as not installing becouse of them or some installing making new program files

Plz recomend program to recover deleted files.

Let me try what you guys suggested, i am willing to pay for the program to get the files back.

 

How do I delete registry files?

Does it matter if I deleted programs at:
Go to Hkey_Current User> Software intead of "Local Machine"?

Also, where can I check if programs listed there are legitimate? Isn't there a website to check the names of programs or applications?

 

Only write one number to log file and delete old ones?

I'm trying to have some software read from a .text file a number (GPU Temp) but the software will only the first number in a list (Or the first anything)

Is there a way to have to log file delete the previous entries and write the new number in it's place without any headers?

I have some webcam software that can read a number (or whatever) from a text file and then it displays the number as an overlay.

I was trying to use GPU-z to do this but as it logs as a list the webcam software can't update properly (also it reads the headings of the file and displays them instead)

Is there anyway to alter the logging to only output just the number (GPU Temp) and to delete the old numbers so the new value is the only value in the file.
