Windows 10: how to delete PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore?

I dont know what happened but since 2.03 i have this PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore showing up on my windows security check, i want to delete it, i dont want to delete the history because it will still be there the virus, it shows up on quarantine, every time i put the option delete the malware, it glitches and doesnt delete, does someone know how to delete? like i said, i dont want to delete the history because that will only delete the fact it will not show up in microsoft defender, i want it out of my computer

Found puadimanager-win32-offercore. tried to delete quarantine and remove. I was able to delete the files and webfile from my drives and download history, BUT it is still found when scanned again. Except that I can't see it anymore. Still unable to delete it. When I try to delete it, I can't because someone locked my administrative privileges. Not sure what to do from here. Please help.

Salve, windows defender continua a rilevare Puadi Manager win32/offercore ho seguito la procedurapzioni di esplora file visualizza file nascosti poi percorso C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service ma quando clicco sulla cartella Scans mi dice che non ho autorizzazioni per aprirla. seguo le indicazioni per aprire ma mi apre una finestra (scheda di sicurezza) dove mi chiede di cambiare quello che mi interessa, ma non so dove mettere le mani. Grazie

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

This could be a problem in the Windows Defender protection history when a threat is already removed and keeps showing the alert. Clearing the Windows Defender history should fix this problem.

Step 1:

1-Right-click on Start and click on Run

2-Type: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History and click on OK

3-Open the Service folder, select all files inside it and delete them

4-Close the file explorer

Step 2:

1-Click on Start, search for Windows Security, and click on that

2-Click on Virus & Threat protection then click on Manage settings

3-Toggle the button to Off and then to On again, for Real-Time protection and Cloud-delivered protection
