Windows 10: How to delete redundant Keyboard layouts that i've installed?

I need to delete all the redundant keyboard layouts which I accidentally installed several times.I've tried removing language via PowerShell, and when I reinstalled the language - all those keyboards duplicates appear again.Notice: I need to get rid of duplicate keyboard layouts, not language itself. I want to delete all those duplicates and install it again.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)
