Windows 10: How to delete russians language from windows 11 display settings?

Can't delete russians from system settings. Language pack deleted. PC restarted. But I steel see it in choice window. And same Computer Management still have russians inside.

To resolve the issue, you can try the following steps:

-Go to the Windows Settings menu and select "Time & Language."

-In the "Language" section, check to see if Russian is listed as an installed language. If it is, you can try changing the display language to Polish or removing Russian as an installed language.

If Russian is not listed as an installed language, you can try uninstalling any recently installed applications that might be causing the issue.

I have previously successfully added Russian to English as display languages. I now want to add Arabic but the same instructions I used to add Russian, direct me to steps that don't exist, i.e. go to settings or control panel, then time and language which is not an option presented. Any help?

 

Use English Keyboard Layout, but output Russian Language.

1. If you are using an external (English) keyboard, then you can go to
   Settings > Time & Language > Language > Click on
   Add a language.
   
2. Then, search for Russian language under
   Preferred languages, and then select Options.
   
3. Select Download from the Download language pack option.
   
4. After the language pack is installed, go back and choose a language from the
   Windows display language menu.
   
5. Restart the computer once for the changes to take effect.

The above steps will change the system language to Russian and you can use the external keyboard to type the Russian language from English keyboard.



I've tried replicating the same thing on a Touch Keyboard and using
