Windows 10: How to delete something completely?

I looked up on the internet how to completely delete an app but I don't know how to remove the apps I want to delete.I checked my settings and download file and I cant find the apps that are 100 GB in total.There are also things I want to delete but I can't because it says 'the file is open' and 'running' .like Avast SoftwareHow can I delete these????It's really complicated.......

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
