    How to delete stored password in internet explorer for all PC


    I have more than 400 PCs in my company network and I want to delete stored password in Internet Explorer for all computer listed in the network instead of I do it one-by-one.


    Is there any way for me to use to clear all the previous password that stored in Internet Explorer? BTW, i have done pushed the policy from GPO to "Disable" a policy of Turn on the auto-complete feature for user names and passwords on forms but this is only prevent IE from pop-up asked user to save the password not to clear previous password. Please help.

    Hi Bill,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

    I understand your concern about deleting the saved password for the website on internet Explorer, we will help you with this issue.

    Method 1: First of all I suggest you to delete "Temporary Internet Files Folder”.

    Follow the steps given below to delete the temporary files.

    • Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type
      Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of search results, click
      Internet Explorer.
    • Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
    • Under the General tab, and then under
      Browsing History, click Delete.
    In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, Password, and History,
    click Delete, and then click OK.

    Method 2: Also, I suggest to perform Reset Internet Explorer, as it removes all the previous browsing history from the browser.

    Internet Explorer and Firefox affected by password management flaws

    Internet Explorer and Firefox are affected by an automated phishing flaw. Because both browsers do not properly check URLs before filling in information, they are vulnerable to a simple hack. Hackers can get the browser to post user credentials using hacked forms, and be a user name/password richer. Firefox is more vulnerable to the flaw than Internet Explorer, because Internet Explorer does not automatically post remembered passwords. Secunia, in an advisory here, advises Firefox and Internet Explorer users to disable anything that remembers passwords for websites.

    Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).
