How to delete this unaccesible file?

Hello, I been running into a troublesome issue with a file that apparently lacks a current owner, as you can see in the image below: How to delete this unaccesible file? c3fa2993-e15f-40fa-a0ab-0b731a06c10a?upload=true.png

Now I looked tutorials online on what to do about it and most said to try to click change and select myself as owner but when I click the option it does not let me assign a new owner but instead gives me this:

What should I do to be able to delete this file and the folders its in? I dont understand how it happened to begin with

    :)

How to delete this unaccesible file?

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name

    Suggestion:
    1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
    2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
    3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
    4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.
