Windows 10: How to delete virus that runs on startup and then cant be found

So whenever I start up my PC I see the terminal pop open for about a second and then a bunch of text immediately gets written and closes the terminal. I did a virus scan with Malwarebytes and while I did find some viruses that I delete, it did not solve this issue. When I restarted my computer I was able to get a picture of the terminal header. I was thinking that I could follow the path to manually delete the virus but I can't find it. I'm thinking that it's a virus that runs on start-up and then deletes itself so that it cant be found. How can I get rid of this? Aside from its start-up actio

Delete @virus = HR

Follow below steps to remove @virus = HR,

• Navigate to C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and
  delete System.bat (shift+del - requires Administrator
  privilege)
• Reboot the Windows
• Now, delete (shift+del) its
  remnants on desktop, user directories, system drive, windows drive, and root of each partition & drives

Isn't there a run command that I can use that'll bring up a startup list?
