Windows 10: How to delete windows transferred files in my new PC that came from an old PC?

So I've downloaded a game from Steam on my old PC and when I purchased my new PC I chose the option to transfer apps. The game transferred over, but now I want to do a clean install. I've been looking everywhere to delete or uninstall all the old install game files, but everywhere I searched, I can't find them. I even resetted my new PC with the unsynced app option, but the files keep on coming back I just don't know where they are located. Moving old Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 10 PC, how to transfer settings, program and files?

To transfer files from your old laptop to your new one, you can use a Universal Serial Bus (USB) flash drive or a thumb drive. Follow the steps below:

• Insert the USB flash drive into a USB port of your laptop.
  
• Wait for the laptop to detect the USB drive.
• Open a window for the files that you want to transfer and another window for the USB drive.
  
• Select the files that you want to transfer, right-click and then click on
  Cut or Copy.
  
• On the destination window, right-click and select Paste.
  
• Make sure that files are completely transferred before removing the USB flash drive.
• Insert the USB into your new laptop.
• Access the files once the USB drive is detected.
• Repeat the same procedure on how you transferred or copied the files from your old laptop to the flash drive.

Beginner – Transferring files from old PC to new PC, both running windows 10.

I'm trying to find a solution in layman terms please.

Bought a new PC running windows 10, my existing PC runs windows 10 and I just want to transfer everything from old to new machine – what is the best way to do this so that when I go to my new PC it's effectively set up the same as my old PC?

I use Microsoft Outlook 2013 for my email and I'm about to buy a copy of office 2016.

I intend to use windows 10 backup to copy my files to an external drive on my old PC, can I then use this backup to restore the files to my new PC?

Also, can anyone suggest a good antivirus/malware program to run on my old PC to make sure not taking any "problems" with me?
