Windows 10: How to disable auto minimizing in XLaunch?

When I open XLaunch in fullscreen mode and then mot to a different desktop, it automatically minimizes, how can I disable that?

Auto Minimization and auto maximization

Hello,

Auto minimization as well as auto maximization are both pains in the a _ _! How do I disable them?

And why in the world would Microsoft do this? Let me choose what I need to do.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
