Windows 10: How to disable device encryption SD card in Windows phone 10 ?

Hello. Suddenly I was enable device encryption. Then I forget it . Few days later , I got some problem such as photo ,snapshot couldn't save , couldn't delete anything from SD card. I downloaded some important document file after few min I can't find in SD card . I copied from laptop but after disconnected from laptop couldn't find selected file. Then decide to format SD card but can't format . I got this message" widnows was unable to format…… "
Then I tried PC third party app Sdformatter it also showed" write protected"
Now , I want to know that How can I solve this problem?
Is there any solution experts?

I figured what was wrong.

At the exchange policy there are 2 options for encryption. Encrypt the device and encrypt the SD card.

My 620 had an SD card so no problem there. My 925 didn't. I don't know what is happening but once I disabled this it worked fine.

the presence of an SD card, even if the device has no SD card slot. The policy enforcement occurs, provisioning fails, and the device cannot be synchronized.

when i forgot disable sd card encryption before the reset.after reset using windows Device REcovery Tool. phone swich
on well..but ther is no showing sd card in phone.and no showing sd card encriotion button in that path.after i put in computer windos 10 system.then showing bitlocker symboll.i havent any encription key.and never ask give key when sd card encription enable,how
can i recover my sd card.i want that.detail of phone
