Windows 10: How to disable hotkeys in Windows Home edition?

Hotkeys are severely impeding gaming especially ctrl+alt+del opening task manager and the windows key in general. I cannot use Group Policy Editor. It does not exist on home editions of windows. There is also no "Explorer" folder under "Policies" in the registry so editing the registry is also not an option. How do I disable hotkeys in HOME editions of windows?
