Windows 10: how to disable multitouch on touchscreen windows 10?

Need to use only one touch, but can not do it with touchscreen multitouch. Not gestures! touches.

Enabling the "Turn Off tablet tablet PC touch input" policy does nothing.

In Windows 7 I didn't implement this using policy settings. In Windows 7 there is a checkbox in the Pen and Touch setting page to Enable and Disable multitouch. That setting is missing in Windows 10.



No, this isn't a workstation. As I said I just built 50 machines w/Win10, they are set up as kiosks running a variety of different apps, but only one at a time. We use them at trade shows so they also are only used for a few days at a time and then run
different software at the next show. At one show (or one station at a show) it will be Chrome in Kiosk mode. The next will be a PowerPoint show that can be navigated through using the Touchscreen, another will be running an Adobe Air app that was developed
by a client specifically for that show.

We own over 140 touch screens in various sizes from 21" all the way up to 79" 4K. Replacing hundreds of thousands of dollars in screens is not a viable option. Plus most are not available in single touch anyway.

Most of our screens also use the built in Windows pen and touch driver. There are no 3rd party drivers.

Touchscreen monitor

Hi, I'm looking into buying a touchscreen monitor for use with a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop pc rnning Windows 8 in order to fully utilise the touchscreen facilities of Windows 8.
I'm preliminary looking at the Iiyama T2250MTS or T2452MTS touchscreen monitors. Anyone had experience of these, do they fully work under Windows 8?
Any other suggestions of monitors in the £200-£350 range?
