Windows 10: How to disable or nullify userkey.psw in the password reset USB?

I have set up a password reset USB which has the file userkey.psw inside it some time ago. I would like to remove the USB as a password reset tool. How do I do that? I'm afraid if I delete userkey.psw on the USB, I would not be able to set up a new one, but I don't see any option to nullify the USB.

dell pc, win7,

i read the instructions first.

inserted a thumb drive.

i opened notepad, typed the userkey i decided on -- @highjack@

i copied the userkey ( @highjack@ ) from the notepad and pasted it where i was instructed to type the userkey .

twice per the instructions

of course the system didn't show me what i had typed

the system created the userkey psw file on thumb drive.

naturally i cannot read the psw, but the user key should be exactly @highjack@ .

it will no open/unlock my pc.

now what ?

i figured psw would not recognize special symbols ( @ and ! ) so tried the password withouth the special key
