Windows 10: How to disable parental control on used laptop

I recently bought an used x1 gen 6 thinkpad from amazon. It has windows 10, but it has parental controls in it. I even clean installed it with a USB drive, but there's still issues. I just disabled the parental controls using youtube on another computer. Right now I can't even get on youtube, and I am scared that the original owner can still track me down.I asked microsoft support but they were confusing. they got me to get new users? I still don't understand what they mean, but I still did what they asked me. In the end, they told me to get amazon technical support.

1. Disable Parental Controls via Google Play Store

If the parental controls were set through the Google Play Store, you can disable them as follows:

4. Tap Parental controls.
   
5. Toggle the switch to Off.

2. Disable Parental Controls via Google Family Link

If the controls were set using Google Family Link, follow these steps:

1. Open the Family Link app on your device.
   
2. Select your child's account.
   
3. Tap Manage settings > Controls on Google Play.
   
4. To turn off all parental controls, go back to Manage settings and tap Account info.
   
5. Tap Stop supervision and confirm your choice.
   

3. Remove User Profile

If your phone has switched to your daughter's user profile, you can switch back to your profile or delete her profile:

1. Open Settings.
   
2. Tap System > Multiple users.
   
3. Select your profile or tap the user icon at the top of the screen to switch back to your profile.
   
4. If you want to delete her profile, tap the user's name and then tap Delete user.

Parental Controls aren't working

The issue could be because of corrupted files. I suggest you to delete the corrupted files yourself and see if it helps

to resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

1) Make sure your children are signed out of any monitored accounts.

2) Sign in with an administrator account and find the folder that contains the corrupted files.

There are two ways to do this. The easiest way is to enter the complete file path:

• 
  On the Start screen, type C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Parental Controls and press Enter.
  

• 
  If you’d rather open each folder individually, follow these steps:
  

a. Go to This PC

b. Open C:, open the
ProgramData folder, open the Microsoft folder, open the
Windows folder, and open the Parental Controls folder.

3) Delete all contents of the Parental Controls folder.

This will delete any corrupt files. Your settings will be downloaded again from familysafety.microsoft.com the next time you sign in.
