Windows 10: how to disable parrental control when my parrent lost that account

how do i disable my sons family safety feature when i lost that account and removed that account from gmail in every mobile/pc

I have a problem disabling GPRS connection for my parrents. Does anybody know how to disable it?

 

Youtube disabled my account, help please

the page where is said account disabled , it also showed a link saying next step is to contact us,
i ran that link and reported the problem, still no reply

I suggest you to Disable
the built in Administrator account in Windows 10, before disabling the account I suggest you to create a new account and then disable the account.

I suggest you to refer the steps below and check if it helps

• 
  Press Windows+ X, select
  Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.
  
• 
  When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
  
• 
  At the command prompt, type net user administrator /active: no, and then press Enter.
