How to disable password expiration on windows 11 home in a local account? I've tried the options at the below link which was said to work in win 11 also, but nothing working yet. TIAEnable or Disable Password Expiration for Local Accounts in Windows 10 Tutorials

It depends on if this is for a local account or Microsoft account.

Windows 10 Password Expiration - Enable or Disable

The procedure to disable password expiration listed in prior posts does not work in Windows 10.

The Local User Groups Manager reports:

"This snapin may not be used with this edition of Windows 10.

To manage user accounts for this computer, use the User

Accounts tool in the Control Panel"

But that Windows 10 Control Panel tool does not have an option to Disable the password expiration
