Windows 10: How to disable / reset Authentication App ?

I unfortunately delete Authentication app without back up and now I can not log in both Admin website and Authentication app. Both of them request security code or approval from Authentication app like a loop.Is there any way to disable / reset Authentication app and use Phone number ?
