Windows 10: how to disable SHIFT + DEL delete

    how to disable SHIFT + DEL delete


    i want to disable this keyboard shortcut as both of those keys are kinda close to each other and i accidentally click them sometimes and i don't want to accidentally delete my files

    Shift+Delete (Not 'Del' on the numeric pad) is not working.

    Hi Karthik,

    To better isolate and get the best solution, we'd like the following questions:

    • Any recent changes made on the computer before the issue started?
    • Any third party application installed before the issue started?
    • Which version and build of your Windows 10?
    Note: There is no option to disable shift+delete. Also, we might be looking at a hardware issue. We recommend trying another keyboard to check if the issue still persists.
