Windows 10: How to disable slow and gradual volume resume, upon resuming multimedia?

Hello everyone,How do I set media resume volume wind-up to instant?I don't want media to return to my volume gradually.I need it to be instantly at 100 % of my setting.Hypothetical scenariolay a video/song/game and audio works as normal.Then I pause/suspend/switch it into background, which then mutes or pauses the audio.That part is fine.Here's the issue:When I resume said media from pause or suspension and audio resumes, it doesn't just start back up at old volume.Instead, the volume winds up gradually, from 0 and over 2 seconds.This way, I miss the up to the first full second of dialogue,

Request to Improve the Nokia 1020 Camera Slow "Resume" Time

This is a request to improve the Nokia 1020's resume time. The slow photo "Save" time is acceptable given the necessary large size of the files -- however the slow "resume" time is a serious impediment when using a multipurpose device. Many photos are missed
when you are mobile because the phone is lazily resuming.

To MS developers: Can you create a setting option to enable the 1020 use some of the onboard 2GB memory for quick camera resume?

procedures that you have tried to rectify the issue? You can also indicate other changes made on your device before this issue occurred.

If it was bad ram you would aritfact in game, and it would be consistent, not just after resume

Have you try disabling the PCI-E power management feature in windows like i said?
