Windows 10: How to disable temporal dithering in Windows 11 on ThinkPad?

Hi all.Previously I worked on Dell Vostro 5590 Nvidia GPU without any eye strain for any time.I got at my work Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 3 intel i7 with Video Chipset: Intel Iris Xe Graphics with Windows 11 Pro.The laptop is fantastic but I have severe eye strain and muscle spasms from its display. I feel it after 10-15 minutes of working.I suppose that I have eye strain from temporal dithering. I have the Radex Lupin device that shows that Lenovo and Dell have almost the same low pulsation %, so it seems that the trouble is in temporal ditheringor maybe something else??Lenovo uses displa

Windows 11 update

Hi, I was trying to update for windows 11 with my thinkpad P51. The health check tool indicates that this can't be performed since my processor is not approved (Intel Core i7-7820HQ CPU @2.90 GHz). However, this processor is listed as compatible on the list, but it appears al Lenovo is not listed as an "[1] Only select devices that shipped with modern drivers based on Declarative, Componentized, Hardware Support Apps (DCH) design principles."

Is this a temporal thing? Is there any way to perform the upgrade anyway?

Win 11 upgrade on a Lenovo Thinkpad Ultrabook

I just figured out the problem. The processor in my Lenovo ThinkPad is not on the list of processors that are "compatible with Windows 11 at this time" even though it surpasses the required specs. It is Intel Core i7-6600U CPU @ 2.60GHz
