Windows 10: How to disable the ability to change keyboard layout dynamically?

I have tried contacting a live microsoft support, but we could not resolve this issuewe tried winows settings, control panel, registry editor but with no luckI have a windows 11 Pro with EnglishUS language with hungarian keyboard layoutthere are some shortcuts like shift + ctrl, start + space that will dynamically change the keyboard layoutit changes between the installed layout hungarian and the Default USwe tried to disable these sortcuts in settings, tried to delete them through control panel or registry editor, tried to delete the default layout in registry editor, but we failed to

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

Note: Applies to windows 10 as well.
