    Enable or Disable Pause Updates Feature in Windows 10  

    Never a stupid question.

    Disabling this feature would prevent being able to pause updates.

    Windows Updates are essential to keep your PC Safe, Secure and Efficient. It is recommended that you don’t disable Windows Updates, if you use the genuine Windows and have a good Internet connection.

    I don't understand the reasoning behind that? When an update comes through I want to do the update.
