I have tried the following Please try to toggle off "Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts", Press Start then click SettingsGear icon Select Accounts > Sign-in options Toggle off "Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts" or Open Registry Editor then navigate to the following path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\PasswordLess\Device On the right side pane, double click DevicePasswordLessBuildVersion DWORD Change the decimal value to 0 Close Registry Editor Restart your PC Press the Windows Key + R and type in net

Hi,

I want to disable windows 10 lock/login screen. I have followed the steps by using netplwiz but it doesn't work:

The above steps doesn't work I still see login/lock screen after restarting my system. I need to everytime enter my live password to login. I want to disable this. How ???

my version does not allow gpedit.msc- please provide instructions on how to skip the lock screen and go to login for the rest of us. this is a very annoying step
