Windows 10: How to Disable Windows 11 Taskbar Overflow?

Is anyone aware of anyway to disable the taskbar overflow introduced into Windows 11?Keep in mind this is the taskbar, not system tray - I've seen many responses confuse taskbar with System Tray.I've also seen reference to third party software that hooks into Windows in some way to edit, but the security of this is questionable.As you can see from the screenshot, not only is this feature annoying in general, but it also seems to frequently decide the space I have available is much less than I do and shrinks the menu way too much.Uploading images seems to fail, so here is a third party hosted i

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The Taskbar in Windows 11is very limited compared to the Taskbar in Windows 10, there is limited functionality.

Right click the Taskbar and choose Taskbar Settings, there, you will find any available settings for the Taskbar Overflow.

The good news is, Microsoft have listened to the Insiders that tested Windows 11 and they are now testing new functionality on the Taskbar and so we should receive that in an upcoming update to Windows 11.

In the meantime, please open the feedback hub (Windows Key + F) and provide your feedback on the lack of functionality on the taskbar in Windows 11 to the developers there.

Sorry, I was thinking of the taskbar corner overflow menu for notification icons instead.

I'm not aware of a way to disable the taskbar overflow menu without some unknown 3rd party app like "Classic Shell" to make it more like Windows 10.
