Windows 10: How to disable Windows Family Features Pop Up?

I too have this issue, with these pop ups coming up every 15 minutes. I am the only account, administrator etc. on this computer. When I follow the advice laid out on the thread https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027707/microsoft-account-remove-members-from-family I headed to Windows Family. I don't have nor would like to set up a family group. I have no need for one. This was completely fine until I updated to Windows 10 1903 18326.720.

How can I stop this from happening? It's causing me nightmares whilst conferencing calling from home, closing internet windows etc.

Hi there, I keep getting a pop up asking me to sign in to my Microsoft account to turn on family features but I don't wish to. How do I disable this pop up?
