Windows 10: How to display a custom shutdown message or change the default "Shutting down" blue screen...

I have been trying to display a simple message before my Windows 10 finishes the shutdown process using shutdown scripts configured in the group policies but nothing seems to work.


Can you help me find the way to display a custom shutdown message or change the default "Shutting down" blue screen message in Windows 10?


I have been searching answers on Internet but I only find a solution for Windows-7. Nevertheless the optionRun shutdown scripts visible that shows in Windows-7 does not show in my Windows-10 Group Policy Settings.
