Windows 10: How to display both date and time in the small taskbar? Help me understand the Windows 10...

Hello everyone,I like to use the small taskbar to get as much screen space as possible for my work. But I would also like to see the date and time together in the taskbar.I have 3 computers, 1 desktop and 2 laptops as follows--Work Laptop: HP ProBook 430 G7Personal Laptop: HP Pavilion 15-AU003TXPersonal Desktop: built myself, has a 27 inch 1080p monitorMy personal laptop has the date and time visible with the small taskbar. But for some reason, it's not the same for the other two computers.Please explain why is it like this and how can I show the date and time in the small taskbar?I am using t

Help with Date+Time in taskbar

You probably have big font enabled not small one,while having the taskbar vertically even with small font it will show time and date i think using small font and having it horizontally will not show it

(try using Small Taskbar buttons in Personalization setting Taskbar and see if it shows time and date while having it Horizontally)

 

Day and date gone from taskbar

To assist you better, you might have opted to have the small buttons on the taskbar from its properties. If you uncheck the option to have small buttons on the taskbar, then that would increase the taskbar size and will display the date with the time on the
notification area on the taskbar.

You may follow these steps:

• Right click on the Taskbar and select Properties.
• On the Taskbar tab, uncheck the option “Use small Taskbar
  buttons”.
• Click on Apply and then OK.
• Now check if that display the date with the time on the notification area.

There are several reasons that can cause this issue you are experiencing. One of these is the date option is disabled in settings. For us to isolate your concern, kindly answer the following questions:

• Which build of Windows 10 are you using? To know about it, hit Start, type
  Winver, and then press Enter. You could also press
  Windows Key + R, type Winver into the Run dialog, and press
  Enter.
• Can you tell us if there are any changes made on your computer before this issue occurred?
• Did you have any third party mouse-related applications installed?

Furthermore, we suggest that you check if the date and time option is enabled. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Click Properties.
