Windows 10: How to do a fresh install of windows11 arm64

Iv been trying to do a fresh new install on my dell insprion 14 3420 with snapdragon 8cx gen2 cause the old hard drive over heated and can’t retrieve any of the data on it Iv been partitioning it for UEFI and installing it as a blank hard drive I have the hard drive set up as GPT and in my bios menu it’s reading the hard drive but when I go to the boot menu, it’s not showing it there when I run my boot drive with Windows 11 arm 64 on it to install it onto the hard drive it is not reading the hard drive at all My bios only allows me to modify a small portion. It does not let me access any of t

Fresh USB Windows 10 Install - Failing

I am trying to install a fresh copy (reformatted the hard disk) of windows 10 using a USB

• Created an installation media on a USB flash drive (Win 10 pro) from this page Download Windows 10
• Changed the boot order on the other PC so that it boots using USB
• Selected custom install
• Installing Windows goes through the following steps successfully: Copying Windows Files, Getting Files ready for installation, Installing features, Installing updates and before the last step (Finishing up), it restarts
• Then it goes back to the start of the installation steps

I am stuck and have read numerous posts but don't know what to do to install a fresh copy of Win 10.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
