Windows 10: How to dock notifications in the taskbar?

On my HP laptop, notifications Nord VPN Disconnected, Language Typing Selection are placed around the screen on the highest layer as popouts that cannot be closed or redocked to the taskbar, causing it to be very distracting. Attempting to upload a picture of the error fails on this forum, so I might have to find an alternate solution. On my home computer, all of that information is docked in my taskbar as notifications.   Type Settings on your search bar
  
• 
  Click on systems
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions
  
• 
  Disable all the notifications on the screen

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Dock or second taskbar in Win7 64bit?

I'm trying to find a way to add a 2nd taskbar (not toolbar) in Win7 64bit or a program (with 64bit support) that will add a dock/taskbar. Trying to add more bar(s) similar to how linux look/function. Any ideas?
