    I installed cracked windos 10 on licensed windos 8.1 (accidentally)

    Can i get it back licensed windos 8.1 or 10

    On my pc

    No sound on windoes 10 since installation

    Can anyone instruct me how to get the internal speakers working?

    I have tried all suggestions from online as well as Microsoft/windoes Help to no avail...even chat

    Does microsoft have a "Fix" for this problem? Should by now since 10 came out with this problem from the the get go; according to online complaints
